Commission Process:Commission Request Details: Please send me an email, or send me a DM on Discord regarding your commission request. Please provide the details of your commission request, applicable references, any deadlines you may have, if you require an NDA / private commission, etc. I will review your request, communicate with you regarding any additional information I may need, determine if I will be able to accept it, and finalize your request with a quote based on the details of your commission.Payment: Once you have agreed to the quoted price, you will be sent an invoice for payment.Sketch: After payment has been received, work will begin on the sketch(es) of the commission. During this phase of work, progress will be shared with you where you may communicate desired changes/revisions to the sketch(es). Please note that the amount of revisions, and type of revisions must be within reason. Large quantities of revisions, or large revisions requiring multiple re-draws may incur an additional fee.
Requests for Major Changes/Revisions after this stage may incur additional fees.Lineart & Rendering: Once the sketch has been approved, I will begin on the lineart and rendering of the commission. You will continue to receive WIPs during this stage to ensure you’re up to date with the progress on your commission.Final Delivery: You will be sent a copy of the finalized commission for you to review for any remaining touch ups, ensuring all details match your request, etc. Once you’ve approved the final version of your commission, all relevant files will be delivered to you (these may be delivered via discord, email, google drive, etc, depending on where our correspondence is taking place, as well as the size of the deliverables). If a payment plan is in place for your commission, these will be delivered following confirmation of final payment.Deadline: The time to complete your commission is dependant on a number of factors, such as:

-Scope of Commission
-Commission Dependencies (i.e. a commission for Model Art + Rigging; rigging cannot begin until the art is complete, etc.).During the Commission Details stage I will provide you with an estimated timeline for your commission. Please note that this timeline may change due to circumstances outside of my control - in such cases I will do my best to communicate with you and ensure that I can provide an updated timeline as soon as possible.
Under certain circumstances, you may request an expedited delivery of your commission in which I may be able to complete your commission ahead of the timeline provided, or to meet a specific deadline. Please note, this is circumstantial and I’m not able to guarantee this offering for all commissions. If requested, I will discuss with you the options that may be available.
A Rush Fee will be applied to any expedited commission.Payment: All Payments and Quotes are in $USD.
Payments take place through the platform “Artistree”. Artistree facilitates the privacy between both parties ensuring no personal information or payment details are shared between us, as well as handling payment issues, refunds, etc (Artistree may be contacted directly without going through me should an issue arise that you need to resolve!). Payments are processed via Stripe (the same processor used by vgen, throne, etc) through a simple credit card based checkout.
For larger commissions, I tend to do a 50/50 Split Payment, with 50% paid upfront before work begins, and the remainder paid before final delivery of the completed commission.
Payment Plans are available, within reason. In the event that a payment plan is in place for your commission, your commission will progress in stages relative to the current payment as established for your commission.Communication: Once initial payment has been made, you may not change your references or drastically alter details of the commission. (Additional/New references are fine as long as they still pertain to the original design/idea that was communicated!)
If you wish to make large changes to your commission, or alter your request in overall scope, we may discuss your options but please be aware that an additional fee may apply. This fee may be anywhere from 10% ~ 50%, depending on the scale of requested changes. Changes that may incur additional fees primarily include those that require redrawing a large amount of the piece, such as: changes to references, outfits, multiple colors, poses, or anything that requires a redraw to a large portion of the piece).Please don’t be afraid to communicate anything you wish to have altered or revisions made during your commission! I want your commission to come together exactly how you imagined, and I want you to love the final piece! I just ask that you keep in mind that the easiest time for both of us to make these changes is as early on in the process as possible! The further into the process it gets, the harder it becomes to make changes, and more aspects become “locked in” as I progress with the commission, so don’t hesitate to let me know!Copyright: I retain full rights to my work, including the right to promote, display, publish, or otherwise showcase my work in any way on any platform unless otherwise agreed upon. In doing so, I will not infringe upon your usage of the commissioned work(s) (if you commission a model, I may make a showcase video for my portfolio, but I will of course not create content of my own using that model, etc).
For an additional Privacy Fee, you may request your commission to be completed privately, in which case I will not make any mention of your commission, nor will my work on your commission be displayed to anyone / anywhere prior to your own public use of the work. Additional or Special arrangements regarding the privacy/secrecy of your commission may be arranged, but please discuss this with me before proceeding with a request to ensure I can accommodate your needs!— NOTE: The details you provide when making a commission request, provided reference materials, deadline information, etc, are never disclosed outside of the discussion directly between us! I would never want to spoil a surprise anyone is ever working on, or violate your own agreements you may have with other creators/artists regarding any work you may be interested in commissioning!
Once a commission has started, unless private, I’ll always let you know before I intend to publicly share any work as well!Purchase of Rights: All commissions are provided with personal rights by default, with options to purchase commercial and/or merchandise rights for an additional fee, however, these may be dependent on the type of commission. Commission types with other terms applied by default are listed following the rights definitions below:- Personal Rights (Included by Default, unless otherwise specified):
The right to use the commissioned work for any non-commercial, personal use, including but not limited to:
posting on social media with credit,
printing / displaying for yourself, etc.- Commercial Rights:
The right to use the commissioned work for personal and commercial use, including but not limited to:
use in/with promotional content (song covers, advertisements, patreon, etc),
use in monetized content (Twitch, YouTube, etc).
- Merchandise Rights:
The right to produce and sell merchandise (keychains, prints, other physical object designs, etc)
Make money off of the artwork in any other way.When purchasing a commission as a gift or on behalf of someone else, the same rights apply to the final recipient of the commissioned work.Commission Types with Additional Rights:
Emotes: Commercial Rights are included with all emote commissions.
VTuber Model Art / Chibi Model Art: Commercial & Merchandising Rights are included by default.Refund Policy:
100% Refund: A commission may be fully refunded if work on the commission has not yet started. Once the commission has been started (work on the sketch begins) the full amount is no longer able to be refunded.
50% Refund: A refund of 50% may be issued until the sketch has been finished, wherein the refund will be processed and the sketch in its current form will be delivered.
NO Refund will be issued once the sketch has been completed and further work has begun.
Please note: I have the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time throughout the commission process.Prohibited Actions:
No inappropriate use of the work (hateful, discriminatory, or any other way that can be seen as harmful in any way)
Neither you, nor anyone else, may alter, reproduce, trace, or modify the artwork in any way without explicit permission.
No AI / NFT / Blockchain / in any way or under any circumstances.
You may not resell or redistribute any commissioned work without explicit permission.
